AIR CONTROL SYSTEM FOR FOX FLOAT SHOCKS
The air control system is designed to control the spring effect of the Fox Float air shock. By increasing the air volume the progression rate will become more linear. This will effect the mid and bottom stroke harshness which is the result of to much air progression. The adjustable control valve regulates the transfer of air from the main shock body into the reservoir. This gives the float a plush feel in small stutter bumps and a firm feel in large moguls.

The AD-ON ReZ-E product line is a series of adjustable and non adjustable reservoir kits. The kits can be added to most rebuildable standard shock absorbers. Adding reservoirs will increase fluid volume and decrease shock fade. Compression adjustable kits will let you tune your shocks for a wider range of trail conditions.

SHOCK REVALVING (all models) $45 ea
(does not include rebuild service)
Revalving is a technical service provided to change the operating characteristics of your shocks. A shock revalve is based on type of riding i.e. (Trail / Touring, XC / Ditch banging and Snocross) the springs are set for your weight. The shock valving is set for your springs and how hard you ride.

Shock Service Terms
A standard (STD) shock is without a remote or piggy back reservoir system. A reservoir shock has a piggy back mounted or remote reservoir system. Service kits are the common replacement seals necessary when rebuilding shock absorbers. Service prices include oil and nitrogen, all other parts are extra.

Block off kit

$29.99
Its purpose is to adjust the ski pressure and weight transfer of your sled by shortening or lengthening the center shock. It basically works like a limit strap only it uses hydraulics. For the rebuilding process it is necessary to send us the complete assembly (including the external knob assembly) A block off kit is available.
(The block off kit removes the crank knob and internal parts so the shock will act as a normal reservoir shock.)

ACT CROSS LINK - (found on Sno Pro race sleds were the two rear shocks are coupled together with hydraulic hoses)

About the cross link
The cross link system is found on 2001 thru 2005 AC race sleds. The cross link is an active hydraulic system that controls weight transfer and ski pressure under acceleration. On this system the center and rear shocks are coupled together with hydraulic hoses. As the rear suspension is compressed, the fluid that is displaced from the rear shock shaft will retract or extend the length of the center shock.
The center shock reacts like the Quick adjust without the use of a remote knob. The early designed cross link systems (‘01, ’02) are hard to get parts for. We recommend replacing it with a newer style cross link or with an independent shock system. Call for price and availability.

ACT MOTION SENSITIVE - (electronic rear shocks found on SS models)

Rebuild

Block off kit
$70 ea
$17.99
$89.99
The electronic motion sensitive shock has had numerous reliability issues. We recommend eliminating the motion sensitive system with the use of our block of kit. This kit will turn your motion sensitive system into a normal remote reservoir shock with ZR style valving.
