New Snowmobile Set-ups
2010 Polaris Rush, smoother more compliant ride. Harsh feel is greatly reduced when making Shock adjustments. Progressive spring kits available for front and center shocks Arctic Cat Crossfire R, Improved bottoming resistance without the harsh ride. Reservoir kits for the rear provide adjustability and much needed capacity. Calibration specs reduce packing and improve bump handling and stability. Center shock length is changed to improve travel. We also have tips on reducing drag on front suspension and spacers available for idler wheels so they don’t hit the front arm. Arctic Cat Crossfire Snopro and M series Snopro with rear air shock. Air Control kit with dual pressure chamber. Kit is simply added to rear shock. This enables ride height to be set separately from progressive rate. Kit come with new billet link arm. Also available is a new calibration and reservoir kits 2010 Ski-Doo XRS and RS setups, Available spring kits and calibration specs for race and Trail Arctic Cat Snopro 500, Piggy back kits for the front shocks, reservoir kits for the rear shocks. 		We have available the Rear Arm Kits that will update your motion ratio to the 2009 spec. This kit comes complete with all parts ready for installation. We recommend revalving your shocks! Note: If last season you had us revalve your shocks, or had purchased a set of Hygear Custom Axis shocks, We recommend simply picking up the arm kit and trying it! The arm kit will make the ride plusher on small stutter bumps while maintaining excellent bottoming control. We do have update valving for the shocks.

	Remote nitrogen reservoirs
		We have rear shock remote nitrogen kits available for the following quads: LTR450, KFX450 and TRX450 (all models 04 to current) This kit is a must have for X/C, M/X and aggressive recreation riding. It is designed to eliminate the nitrogen pump effect that plagues the rear ATV shocks. Our nitro kits will eliminate rear shock pump! This will keep your rear shock plush the entire Moto!

	A Basic Revalve Package is now available
		This package is in addition to our Sport and Pro Packages. It is available for All Quads with OEM rebuildable shocks. The package cost is $399.99 and it includes Rebuild, Revalving and basic seal kits for your front and rear shocks. All other parts and PRODUCTSs are sold separately.
	Polaris OUTLAWS (S models)
		Available packages: Sport package or X/C specific setups Available PRODUCTSs: TR Front spring kit, DR rear spring kit, Lower ride height The rear shock is shortened without travel loss. This setup gives you a lower ride height for faster corner speeds and a plush ride. Our setup is a major improvement over the stock suspension settings
	Kawasaki KFX 450
		OEM Shock setups are available for MXG Houser A-arms. We modify the front shocks to increase travel so the quad will have the proper ride height. This combination makes a great setup.
	Suzuki LTR 450
		X/C Narrow bike setups are available for the LTR 450.

		Available packages: Sport & Pro packages Available PRODUCTSs: TR Front spring kit, DR rear spring kit, HYLO valve, PBV, EXT Bladder Caps. This setup lowers the ride height, eliminating chassis roll while keeping the ride plush. This is a major improvement over the stock settings!
	CAN-AM Renegade; X Package
		Available packages: Sport & Pro packages Available PRODUCTSs: TR Front spring kit, DR rear spring kit, HYLO valve, PBV, EXT Bladder Caps, HYFLO hoses. Tested and developed with factory Can-Am GNCC rider Rick Cecco.

		Available packages: Improver, Sport & Trail Pro Available PRODUCTSs: DR Front spring kits, DR center spring kit, Ad-on Reservoirs, PBV, HYFLO hoses. Update rear arm kit. Our setups will improve the plush feel on small bumps and increase the bottoming resistance with out making the ride harsh! The rear arm kit comes complete and easily bolts in. We had help testing the our XP setups with Factory Ski-Doo X/C racer Dusty Vanmeter in the 2008 Tesoro Iron Dog in Alaska
	Yamaha Nytro; RTX, STD & MTX
		Available packages: Improver, Sport & Trail Pro Available PRODUCTSs: TR & DR Front spring kits, DR center spring kit, Ad-on Reservoirs, HYLO valves, HYFLO hoses, Bladder kits, Torsion Spacers. Our valving and spring mods improve the plush feel on small bumps and increase the bottoming resistance with out making the ride harsh! Front end darting is eliminated and gained control over the excessive weight transfer without pulling in the limiter straps or adding coupling. These setups are a huge improvement over the stock settings!

	20mm KYB PBV
		Pressure Balance Valve This valve is for 20mm KYB high speed, low speed compression adjusters. It is designed to eliminate pressure ramp up from high velocity impacts. This valve keeps the pressures balanced inside your shock and improves the feel when making adjustments. With a PBV your suspension can handle a wider range of impacts without feeling harsh. This is a must have for HPG shocks with a high low compression adjuster and KYB ATV shocks. This valve has been thoroughly tested in X/C and M/X ATV racing and it survived the Tesoro Iron Dog and Kain’s Quest X/C snowmobile race
