Thank you for your interest in becoming a Hygear Suspension Dealer. Hygear Suspension is a manufacturer and service professional for ATV, Snowmobile, UTV and Bike suspension systems. Our strength is in our high quality products that are designed and engineered to deliver maximum performance at a competitive price. At Hygear Suspension craftsmanship is number one! You can be assured that your service request is built right, and complete, guaranteed! We have excellent customer service including technical advice and product support. Dealer Qualifications

 

To become a Hygear Suspension Dealer you must supply:

 

• A completed Dealer Application.

• A copy of your Business License or resale certificate.

• A copy of a local or nationally published advertisement.

• Photos of your shop signage and showroom area.

• NYS Dealers need to provide a (NYS) Sales Tax resale Certificate.

 

Dealer Discount Structure for Product and service

 

• After a one time purchase of greater than $500 you will receive:

 

   o Dealer Level 1 - 15% off products and services

   o Dealer Level 2 - 20% off products and services with annual sales greater than $2,500

   o Dealer Pricing may vary from the above rates on specific parts and products

 

Dealer Discount Structure for Shock Packages

 

o A 10% discount is applied to the first complete suspension package

o Subsequent packages will have a 20% discount applied

o Available discounts on specific packages may vary

 

DISCOUNTS DO NOT APPLY TO:

 

• Shipping & Handling

• Rush Service Fees

• Close Out Items

• Promotional offers

 

In order to receive your discount, you the dealer must be the purchaser. Your discount is not transferable to your customers. If your customer contacts us directly we will not issue a dealer discount. We only offer dealer discount on products and service orders placed by the authorized dealer. You the dealer are responsible for helping your customer with product information and setup information pertaining to any Hygear suspension products and or services.

 

Method of Payment

 

For qualified dealers, we except Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & PayPal. You may choose to keep your company credit card on file with us. 


Shipping cut off time:

 

• Ground FedEx: 9:30 am – 12 pm

• Express FedEx: 9:30 am – 3 pm

• Ground UPS: 9:30 am – 4 pm

 

Placing Service Orders

 

To avoid delay, complete the shipping form located on our website at www.hygearsuspension.com/pages/shipping. If you are unable to access the shipping form please include the following information: your company’s full name, contact information, complete shipping and billing address, telephone number, year, make, model of the vehicle, and modification or service requested. Make sure that your shocks are packaged securely and insured. Hygear Suspension is not responsible for any loss or damages that may occur during shipping. We will call you when your package arrives to verify service request, contact and billing information. A cost estimate will be provided following tear down for confirmation before job completion.

 

Turn Around Time

 

We provide our dealers with quality customer service and process dealer jobs as quickly and efficiently as possible. There is no guaranteed turn around time. Turn around time estimates are given at time of check in.

 

Shipping

 

We provide UPS, USPS & FedEx shipping. If you are providing your own carrier you will have a $5 handling fee to package and process your order. All losses or damages are to be reported immediately to the carrier by the customer upon delivery. Shipping Insurance Coverage is available for FedEx and UPS. Shipping insurance cost $5 per $1000.00 declared value. USPS does not carry insurance coverage and has minimum tracking information.

 

International Shipments

 

We recommend shipping FedEx International Priority or Economy. FedEx offers direct contact with US and International Customs to maintain quality care with your packages with the Insight Program. This program will lessen the chances of improper processing through customs. We can also ship USPS International Express. However, if you choose USPS there are limited tracking capabilities. All Canadian and overseas shipments must be paid by credit card or wire money transfer, U.S. Funds only. Customer bears sole responsibility for Customs Duties and Taxes. Customer agrees that he/she will be charged his duties and taxes on the provided credit card to Hygear Suspension at the time of the order if not paid when shipment is picked up. Customer is responsible to contact local Post Office in regarding their shipment and costs. Hygear Suspension is not liable for any hold ups in Customs. Hygear Suspension is not responsible for duties owed following package arrival.

 

Returns

 

Valid returns are accepted within (30) days from dated invoice with a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number and a copy of the original invoice. Any item(s) authorized for return is required to be returned in the unused and original package, otherwise the item(s) may be refused or additional restocking fees may apply. This return warranty shall not apply to any product which has been incorrectly installed, repaired or altered in any way so as in our judgment to affect its performance or the resale value. Hygear Suspension is not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or damages during in bound or outbound package shipments. Hygear Suspension does not refund any shipping charges that may occur from any warranty claims to product or service orders

Hygear Suspension reserves the right to add or change the information pertaining to the dealer program and this dealer application without notice. Hygear Suspension reserves the right to change company policy and pricing without notification. Hygear Suspension reserves the right to refuse any dealer application submitted or after being accepted without notice or cause.
